Follow this quick guide below on how to request replacements for your worn/damaged kits.
Worn & damaged replacements are free for all active Deliveroo riders. We also offer replacements for stolen kits too! If the items that you want are not eligible for replacement, you can buy them in the Rider Kit Store.
*Please note that all replacements are subjected to approval
What Equipment Is Eligible For Replacement?
- “Halal Food Only” bag or Halal Liner
- Roll-Top Backpack or Top Load Backpack
- Cube Backpack
- Waterproof Shell
*We do not do replacements for Small Thermal Bags due to limited quantity.
How to request replacements for worn/damaged kit?
Step 1. Fill the Worn/Damaged Replacement Form
Fill in the form and answer all of the questions. Once you have submitted, your request will be reviewed by a member of our team. Please ensure to submit the image as per the example below:
Step 2. Approval
You will receive an email approval or rejection of your request on every Wednesday. If you submitted a request on Wednesday onwards, you will receive an email the following week.
Step 3. Package Delivery
Once your request has been approved you will receive the new equipment within 5 working days at per the address provided in the form.
