Worn/Damaged Replacements

Follow this quick guide below on how to request replacements for your worn/damaged kits.

Worn/Damaged replacements are free for all active Deliveroo riders. If you want items that are not included, you can buy them in the Rider Kit Store.

*Do note that all exchanges are subjected to approval

 

What Equipment Is Eligible For Replacement?

  • Halal Food Only Thermal Bag
  • Roll-Top Backpack
  • Cube Backpack
  • Long Sleeve Base Layer and Waterproof Shell

*All Small Thermal Bag request will be replaced to Cube Backpack

How to request replacements for worn/damaged kit?

 

 Step 1. Fill the Worn/Damaged Replacement Form

Fill the form and answer a few simple questions. Once your request has been submitted, the request will be reviewed by a member of our team. Ensure you submit the image as per the example:

           

 

Step 2. Approval

You will receive an email approval or rejection of your request within 5 working days.

 

Step 3. Package Delivery

If your request has been approved you will receive the equipment requested within 5 working days at the address provided in the form.
