Deliveroo operates across 19 areas in Singapore that are called zones. With the self-serve booking tool (SSB), you have the freedom to book and cancel slots in whichever zone you like. Read more about how to use SSB here.
Below is a map of our delivery zones in Singapore, correct as of Monday 13th May, 2019:
Once you’ve booked a slot, you’ll need to log in to that zone at your chosen time. When you are ready, open your rider app and make yourself available. Remember that you will need to be within the centre of your delivery area to log in – the rider app will guide you if you need to move closer.
From Monday 30 September 2019, zones SGBJ, SGBQ, and SGSP will switch to ‘free log in’. In these zones, you can log in when you want to work and begin accepting orders, with no need to book sessions in the Planner.Learn more
Where is the best place to log in?
Below is a list of recommended login spots for all zones. We suggest logging in at one of these spots in order to maximise the number of orders you will be offered.
Which areas tend to have more available slots?
Our system predicts customer demand and the number of riders needed in any given place and at any given time. This means we can deliver a great service and you can earn great fees.
It’s totally up to you where you ride with us, as you’re free to work in any zone you choose.
Sometimes, there are still available sessions in certain places, which means riders who choose to work in these areas could get access to more orders and therefore more fees. So, to help you choose where to work, here’s a map that shows you which zones still have available sessions for this week.
What should I do if an area is fully booked?
If all sessions are fully booked in the area you want to ride, don’t worry! Tap “Notify” next to the session you want to ride and you’ll get a notification if it becomes available to book. In the meantime, you can always book sessions in areas where there’s still availability!
In some cases, when more riders are needed in a certain area, you can also go online the moment you want to ride.
Telegram chat groups
We have set up official Telegram groups for each zone, so that riders can communicate with one another more effectively. Visit our Telegram page for further information and links to the groups for each zone.
