Fee-Per-Delivery Motorcycle riders can now be eligible for 23% off Shell fuel islandwide!

We’re pleased to announce an exciting new discount on Shell fuel, exclusive to selected fee-per-delivery motorcyclists. They can now apply for the Shell Fleet Card via Deliveroo and get a 23% upfront discount on Shell fuel across Singapore.

The Shell Fleet Card allows you to skip the queue. Simply swipe your fuel card at the pump kiosk, key in your PIN, refuel and off you go and your fuel expenses will be deducted via GIRO.

Who is eligible for this Shell Fleet Card?

As we only have a limited number of cards at launch, only certain riders are selected for this perk. Deliveroo motorcyclists on the fee-per-delivery payment system, who have completed the highest number of orders in the last three months.

How do I know if I am selected?

Riders who are selected for this Shell Fleet Card will be contacted by Deliveroo directly with the next steps. If you’re a motorcyclist who is not currently selected, check out the eligibility criteria above. If you’re not on the fee per delivery payment system, you can switch at any time, it only takes two minutes.

What is the discount?

23% upfront discount from Deliveroo on fuel at all Shell stations in Singapore. This is a limited time offer: from 1st August 2019, the discount will be 21%. The discount applies to the following products: Shell FuelSave 95, Shell FuelSave 98, Shell V-Power Nitro+, and Shell Diesel.

How do I apply?

Eligible riders have been contacted by Deliveroo directly with the next steps. The process is simple: complete a quick application form and GIRO form, then send the hard copies to Shell. Upon successful application, you should receive your fuel card and PIN within two weeks via mail.

Important!

Please activate your Shell Card Online account so that it is easier for Shell to assist you in any enquiries. You’ll be able to do this once Shell has sent you an email regarding the account creation.

More FAQs

If you have not received the card yet, it should arrive via mail within 4-6 weeks after you’ve received the confirmation email. Do take note that you will receive two mails to your registered address which you need in order to use the card: one containing the card, and another containing the 4-digit PIN. Shell will send you an email when your account has been created.



If you have not received it for more than 4-6 weeks, there might be an error with your application form. Check your email inbox to see if there was any email from Shell. Shell will contact you directly and provide you with the instructions to complete the form.



Step 1: Insert the Fuel Card into the terminal at the pump
Step 2: Wait for the terminal to read the card, then remove the card
Step 3: Enter your PIN
Step 4: Start pumping
Step 5: Place the pump back into the slot and move off. It’s that simple!



First payment will be made 30 days after your account has been created. You will continue to be charged every month until your GIRO has been activated, then the amount you spend on fuel will be deducted every 14 days. For every day that you use the Fuel Card, you will receive an email invoice outlining your spending for that day.

Make sure that you have enough money in your bank account for Shell to deduct for your fuel usage. Your card will be disabled by Shell if there are insufficient funds for them to deduct.



No. There are no admin fees or monthly fees that you need to pay. You’ll only pay the pump price for the fuel that you consume, with a 23% discount applied immediately.



As long as you’re active and working with Deliveroo, you’ll be able to keep your card and enjoy the discount.
