Last December we invited you to join us in a rider survey to hear your voices and know where we could be better.
Through the survey we learnt about what makes you happy:

1. Faster Live Ops response

We have now centralised all live order enquiries to this dedicated chat to serve you better: deliverooSG_bot.

2. Visibility to orders delivered

Now in your rider app under “my deliveries” you will see a daily summary of deliveries with a breakdown of every delivery done together with any tips collected

3. Self-help tool

There is now a SOP that covers almost every question that you might have, updated alongside our latest changes.

4. Shorter restaurant wait times

Our system is now smarter and recognises which restaurants have long wait times. Adjustments are made automatically once such information is picked up.
